50/66(72.5)kV, 64/110(126)kV, Dry type plug-in GIS / Transformer Termination

The dry type plug-in termination is consisted of epoxy resin bushing and silicone rubber stress cone two main

separately parts; insulation stop-end, test cable bushing and transition tools are also provided with main parts.

They are suitable for SF6-gas-insulated switchgear and transformer. The bushing can be installed and tested in

advance at the switchgear manufacturer's plant, thus obviating the need for additional work with SF6-gas for cable

installation on site.

The interface dimensions conform to IEC 60859 or are agreed between the switchgear and cable system suppliers

for particular application concerned.

Components configuration

•  The electrical connection and insulation parts are all inside the metal shell which is suitable for indoor and outdoor field.

    The termination is not exposed in the air thus there is no limitation for environmental condition, soilage grade or altitude.

•  The length of bushing is 470mm for 110kV and 132kV, 410mm for 66kV; a short cabe preparation length is needed and

    easy installation. If the length of bushing is 757mm, a transition tool is provided. 

•  A compact design of field control screen inside of the resin bushing and stress cone molded inside the termination body.

•  A press spring is designed for the sake of interfacial insulation strength increase between different insualtion material

   acting proportional on the stress cone to achieve a high insulation strength through a composited insulation pulg-in

   structure as an insulation entity.
