50/66(72.5)kV, 64/110(126)kV Pre-molded straight through / insulation joint for XLPE cable

This series XLPE cable joint can be classified as two kinds: straight through joint & insulation joint, which are completly

pre-molded integrating inner insulation, field control screen and stress cone.

The installing way of “Press Push” ensures no frictional contact between the inner surfaces of the joint body and cable

insulation layer & semi-conductive screen layer to make them free from any abrasion. Enough electric strength fills between

different insulation interfaces; furthermore, the main insulation body is expanded a little within the elasticity range itself 

while the silicone rubber sustains well without any damage during this way of installation.

The outer shell of the joint is made of thick wall copper tube, with high density PE as the outer layer to ensure the 

performance of high strength mechanical protection, insulation and anti-corrosion. Equipped additionally with glass steel box, 

in which is filled with waterproof sealing materials. Suitable for underground burying and the places where may waterlogged.
